We email the gift card and your personal message to the recipient immediately after purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email too.
Yes. Enter your own email as the recipient, then forward it or print it to give in person.
At checkout, enter the code from your email in the promo or gift code field. Your order summary will show how much of the gift card was applied.
Apply your code first, then pay the difference with any available payment method.
Gift cards can be bought in USD, GBP or EUR. Your balance stays in the currency you bought it in. You can use your card to pay in a different currency at checkout.
It stays on the gift card, so you can use the same code on your next purchase.
Yes. When you use a gift card on a new subscription, any remaining credit is applied to future renewals automatically. Your saved payment method covers anything left over.
The discount label can show your full gift card balance. For example, if it says “$50 off” on a $9.99 subscription, only $9.99 is used and the remaining $40.01 stays on your card. The amount shown next to your code is what this payment actually uses.
No. Story Spark gift cards never expire.
Gift cards can’t be refunded or exchanged for cash once purchased. Any unused balance stays on the card, so it can be used on future book orders or subscriptions. If you think there’s a problem with your purchase, contact us and we’ll help.
