Every book is printed to order and dispatched within 4 working days. From there, delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping speed you choose. Your estimated delivery date will be calculated during checkout. The delivery times shown are estimates only, and may vary once your order is with the courier.

Shipping cost depends on your subscription status, your destination and selected delivery speed. You'll see the full cost at checkout before you complete your order, with no charges added afterward. Subscribers receive standard shipping for free and discounted express shipping.

Standard, Express, and Priority shipping are offered where our couriers support them. Available speeds vary by destination, so check your country above for what's on offer.

Yes. Once your book ships, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow it to your door. You can also find the tracking information in the ‘My Orders’ section of your profile.

Orders go to print shortly after purchase, so changes and cancellations are often not possible once placed. Use the preview function to review your book carefully first. However if you contact us within an hour window of purchase, we will do our best to assist you. Contact us as soon as possible at info@storyspark.ai.

If your book arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at info@storyspark.ai with your order number and we'll sort out a replacement in accordance with our terms of service.
